This role owns record-to-report accounting across general ledger and intercompany activity, covering reconciliations, intercompany billing, and receivables reporting. The position is based in Pune and requires availability across night and early-morning shifts.

What you'll do
- Manage general accounting and intercompany accounting processes, including intercompany billing.
- Prepare and review AP and AR reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Carry out variance analysis and review reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
- Produce AR reports.
- Lead and develop team members in day-to-day accounting delivery.
What you bring
- Four or more years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of RTR.
- Solid working knowledge of intercompany and general accounting, including AP and AR.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, which is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and people management skills.
- B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance.
- Willingness to work any shift, including night and early-morning shifts.
