1. What “verified” means

Every role on FitRole comes from the employer's own careers page or job board. On each role you can see four checks and when each one last passed:

Found on the employer's own siteWe only list roles we can trace to the employer's posting.
Apply page liveThe employer's application link worked when we last checked.
Re-confirmed at the sourceWe re-check every role at the source every 7 days.
Confirmed by the employerThe employer told us directly that the role is open.

New to this? Read the guide to finding verified finance jobs in India. If we can't reconfirm a role, it moves out of the main list to Recently unverified. Roles can close between checks, so always confirm on the employer's site before you apply.

2. Your data

  • What we keep: your CV, the profile we fill from it (which you can edit), your contact details and the preferences you set.
  • Why: to show and match you to relevant finance roles, and to send the alerts you choose.
  • Who sees it: you and the FitRole team. Your profile is not shown to employers or recruiters, and we never sell your data.
  • Your control: download your data or delete your profile at any time from My profile. Deleting removes your CV file too.

3. How applying works

“Apply on employer's site” takes you to the employer's own application page. You apply there, directly, with nobody in between. FitRole is not a recruitment agency and never forwards your CV.

We count the click so we know which roles are useful. We don't see what happens on the employer's site, so we never call a click an application.

4. Your fit %

When you're signed in, every role shows a fit % worked out automatically from your profile: role family, qualifications, skills and tools, experience and city. It tells you where to spend your time. It does not predict whether you'll be selected.

5. What it costs

Browsing every role, your matches, applying and a weekly email of new matches are free, and stay free. FitRole Pro (daily alerts, more saved searches, an email when a saved role closes) is free for everyone until 31 Dec 2026. After that it's ₹99 a quarter or ₹249 a year, only if you choose it. Nothing is charged automatically. See plans.

6. Tell us what to improve

FitRole is new, and we change it based on what finance professionals tell us. One suggestion is enough.
