Delete your FitRole account

You can delete your FitRole account and all data linked to it at any time, from the app or the website.

From the app or website

1. Sign in and open My profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my profile, then confirm.

Without signing in

Email hello@fitrole.in from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my FitRole account". We confirm and complete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, CV file and everything read from it, including your name, email and phone.
• Your saved jobs, saved searches and job alerts.
• Your sign-in link, so old links stop working.

What is de-identified

• Applications you made stay only as anonymous counts for employers: notes and fit scores are removed and they no longer link to your name or email.

What we keep

• A minimal record that a deletion happened (date and reason) and records we must keep by law, for no longer than the law requires. See the privacy notice.
